In 2022 I had the opportunity to work with different hotels and companies in Costa Rica, so I decided to explore this incredible country. This is a recap of a trip that took us to discover it from one coast to another, from the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean. Volcanoes, waterfalls, jungle and wild scenes that left us speechless.
TÁRCOLES
Tárcoles is located in the province of Puntarenas, and is known for being located in front of the river with the highest concentration of crocodiles on the planet, I was able to observe them very closely.
BAJOS DEL TORO
This area of Costa Rica is known for the large number of waterfalls that you can find among its mountains and craters of extinct volcanoes. The Cascada del Toro is undoubtedly one of the most impressive.
PARQUE NACIONAL VOLCÁN TENORIO
Located in the Guanacaste Mountain Range, the Tenorio Volcano National Park is considered of great natural value. The site has large territories of virgin forest, allowing the conservation of vital natural habitats for the preservation of species.
PACIFIC COAST
This area is characterized by its small coastal towns and its National Parks. Mixed with the palm plantations that stretch along the coast. We travel all the way down to the Manuel Antonio National Park.
BIODIVERSITY
Costa Rica is considered one of the 25 most biodiverse countries on the planet. In this small territory you can find more than 500,000 species, which represents 6% of the world's biodiversity.
PARQUE NACIONAL CAHUITA
Located along the extensive southern Caribbean Coast, it has the beautiful black sand beaches. Cahuita National Park is full of rich biodiversity, fauna and a wide variety of activities.
